Shipping Policy

At Alliance ICF, we specialize in the safe and efficient delivery of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and related construction supplies across Saskatchewan. Because our products are oversized and require specialized handling, our shipping process differs from standard e-commerce.

1. Service Area

We provide professional delivery services to job sites throughout Saskatchewan, including Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, and surrounding rural municipalities.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Stock Items: Orders for in-stock ICF blocks and accessories are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Special Orders: Lead times for non-stock items or large-scale commercial orders will be communicated at the time of your quote (typically 5–14 business days).

  • Business Days: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST, excluding statutory holidays.

3. Shipping Costs & Quotes

To ensure the most competitive rates for our customers, shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis based on volume, and distance from our yard.

  • Quote-Based Shipping: Because ICF is high-volume and low-weight, standard courier rates do not apply. All shipping costs will be clearly outlined in your formal quote.

  • Local Pickup: Customers may also choose to pick up their orders directly from our yard near osler at no additional cost. Please coordinate pickup times with our team at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Delivery Methods

  • Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible for a large truck. The site must be clear of obstructions and have a designated level area for offloading.

5. Delivery Window & Arrival

While we strive to meet all requested delivery times, arrival windows are estimates. We recommend having a crew on-site to assist with placement or to guide the driver to the correct staging area.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon arrival, please inspect your shipment for accuracy and any potential transport damage.

  • Any discrepancies or damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and reported to Alliance ICF within 24 hours to ensure a valid claim.
