At Alliance ICF, we are committed to providing high-quality building materials to our Saskatchewan partners and homeowners. Because of the specialized nature of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and construction supplies, our return policy is as follows:
1. Return Window
We accept returns on eligible, stocked items within 365 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the structural integrity of the materials we supply, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened Bundles: ICF blocks that have been removed from their original factory strapping or packaging.

• Damaged Goods: Any product that has been stored improperly, exposed to excessive UV/weathering, or shows signs of job site wear.

• Special Orders: Products specifically ordered for your project that are not part of our regular local inventory.

• Consumables: Waterproofing membranes, foam sealants, or adhesives that have been opened.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@allianceicf.ca or call (306)-292-9300 to request a Return Authorization.

2. Transportation: The customer is responsible for transporting the materials back to our yard near osler. We do not offer free return shipping or pickup services for returned goods.

3. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the materials to ensure they meet resale standards.

4. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged from the manufacturer or during delivery provided by Alliance ICF, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work quickly to replace the damaged units at no additional cost to you.
